Ulubay; It was first established in 1977 by Kamil ULUBAY in Çanakkale Lapseki district, Çardak town, Hünkartepe location, on the 35th km of the Çanakkale-Bursa highway, 1.5 km after Lapseki, on the right side of the road, on an area of ​​33,000 m², in order to preserve the fruits (Apple-Peach) of the regional producers and to provide cold storage services.
